  5. Communication: Migration agents can communicate with the Department of Home Affairs on your behalf, providing updates on the progress of your application and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

  6. Compliance: Migration agents can help ensure that your visa application and migration process is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, reducing the risk of any issues or delays.

  7. Code of Ethics:  Registered migration agents are bound by a code of conduct and ethics that ensures we provide services in a professional and ethical manner.

  8. Appeal: If your visa application is refused for any reason, a registered migration agent can assist with the appeals process and help you understand your options going forward.

Using a registered migration agent can provide peace of mind and ensure that you are receiving the most accurate and up-to-date advice possible for your visa application.
