PARTNER VISAS (Onshore)
If you have a partner who is an Australian citizen or permanent resident, or who is an 'eligible New Zealand Citizen', you may be eligible for a 2 year temporary partner visa with a pathway to permanent residency after this period
Basic Eligibility:

Be at least 18 years old
-
Be in a genuine and continuing relationship with an Australian citizen, PR or ENZC
-
You live together (or are living apart temporarily)
-
Be in Australia at the time of applying for and being granted the visa
-
Legally married or in a defacto relationship for at least 12 months
-
Not have sponsored a partner in the last 5 years (unless exempt due to compelling circumstances)

Not have been sponsored for a partner visa in the last 5 years (unless exempt due to compelling circumstances)

Subclass 309/100
PARTNER VISAS (Offshore)

Not have sponsored a partner in the last 5 years (unless exempt due to compelling circumstances)

Subclass 300
PROSPECTIVE MARRIAGE VISA (Offshore)
The prospective marriage visa is suitable for couples who plan to marry within 9 months of the visa grant and plan to live in Australia
Basic Eligibility:

Be at least 18 years old

Be in a genuine and continuing relationship with an Australian citizen, PR or ENZC and genuinely intend to live together as a married couple

You must have physically met and personally known to each other

Be outside Australia at the time of applying

Not have sponsored a partner in the last 5 years (unless exempt due to compelling circumstances)

Not have been sponsored for a partner visa in the last 5 years (unless exempt due to compelling circumstances)

Subclass 461
NZ CITIZEN FAMILY RELATIONSHIP VISA
This visa is for NZ Citizens who have a spouse, defacto partner or a dependent child who is not a NZ citizen who would like to enter or join them in Australia
Basic Eligibility:

You must be the partner (married or defacto) or dependent child of a New Zealand citizen

Your NZ partner must be in Australia holding a sc444 visa or;
-
You will be travelling with your NZ family member to Australia where they will be granted a sc444 upon entry
