Similarly to refusals, visas can be cancelled for numerous reasons including:

• Incorrect information provided

• Bogus documents submitted

• Change of circumstances not notified to the department

• Breach of visa conditions

• Breach of sponsorship obligations

• Character issues

• Making an incorrect statement in response to information requested

• Failure to correct answers

If you have received a letter of a Notice of Intention to Cancel (NOICC) under s107 from the department, or your visa has already been refused or cancelled, you will only have a specified time period to respond to the department.  Do not delay, contact us immediately to determine your review rights and pathway going forward.
